CONCEPTION

De-duster Model DS 6000 has the function to clean the remaining dust from tablets coming out of the tablet machine. This is accomplished by using a variable speed rotary tube (perforated) which has an internal helical channeling that leads to the device output, where the tablets will be ready for blister machine.

Its manufacture is made of stainless steel AISI 316, with a swivel base that allows the system to alter its slope. The main structure is height adjustable (+/- 50 mm) to facilitate the interconnection of the equipment with the tablet machine; also, to serve this purpose, it has a small inlet hopper.

The excess product is removed during the rotary path, thus avoiding burrs. Easy mounting and dismantling, it does not need additional tools.
