CONCEPTION

The Kompressor Developer offers an innovative technology within reduced areas since it is built according to GMP guidelines.
It is a mobile equipment connected to an analytical power station; it is small due to its strong structure dimensions and it is also designed to develop high value added pharmaceutical tablets in an easy, fast and efficient manner.
The technical characteristics are similar to the equipments to those of the production equipment safe scale up insurance.

It is prepared to work with tooling according to EU or TSM guidelines at request of the client.
A transmission system powered by a central servomotor which is connected directly to the turret-head was designed to guarantee the accuracy of the angular positioning and the constant torque from 3 to 60 rpm.

It has stainless steel lower enclosures and polycarbonate upper doors which allow full visual access to the compression chamber.
These doors have a security system and are interconnected pursuant to CE guidelines.
